I and I Web Firm Ltd was founded in April 2007 by Ivan Imhoff to serve as a eBusiness development platform, a legal and financial structure for investment and eCommerce projects.

About Ivan Imhoff

The frenchman arrived in London in 2001 where his eBusiness career took him away from Hotel operations. After working in the US, Paris and Prague, it was off to London to join the newly created eBusiness team for Hiltons Hotels International in their Watford head office in Greater London.

Some of the Key roles included:
- Director of Online Marketing and Distribution for UK and Ireland for Hilton Hotels
- eBusiness Services Director for Hilton’s websites in Germany, Japan, and UK.
- Key role in the development of Hilton source market ebusiness platforms.
- Was a guest speaker in leading conferences that included “Eye for travel” in Europe.

Purpose of I and I Web Firm Ltd:

After 7 years of eBusiness working for a major blue chip company, “it finally becomes time to start your own venture“. I and I Web Firm Ltd was created in May 2007, to serve as a legal and financial framework for innovative web projects and consulting that included affiliate websites and eCommerce websites. I and I Web Firm Ltd, isn’t the public facing side of the business but the operational and financial back end of our projects. It is the legal and financial structure that allows us to unite angel investment with specific web projects. At the same time, this structure allows us to leverage legal, accounting and technical resources.

Private equity investments partners:

I and I Web Firm Ltd operates using private equity investments from European investors. The main private equity investor in I and I Web firm Ltd is Oldrich Bajer who was co-founder of the second largest Czech and Slovak Internet company - NetCentrum. I and I Web Firm also has other minority equity investors that have asked to remain confidential.

In 2007 NetCentrum was sold to Warburg Pincus Global Private equity fund.

NetCentrum owns horizontal portals, Centrum.cz and Centrum.sk as well as content community services including, aktualne.cz, xchat.cz, zena.cz and many others. In total NetCentrum as more than 3 million customers and users per month with a turnover of over 18 million euros in 2007.

Oldrich Bajer brings with him, other than a significant financial stake, the technical competencies and experience any web start-up would dream of as well as media contacts and other investor relashionships.

Developing Spotit.co.uk:

Spotit.co.uk has been on the drawing boards for almost a year. Developing a platform for skill based competitions in the UK proved to be a great challenge. But this unique project was made possible thanks to our fantastic development team and the carefully support from our legal team and UK gaming counsel.
Our Key focus is to launch Spotit.co.uk in June of 2008.
